THE LAW

Florida has specific laws regarding timeshares. The Florida Timeshare Act is found at Sec. 721.01.

Timeshare purchasers have the right to rescind (cancel) the contract within a certain time period pursuant to state law.

State laws provide a minimum number of days for the rescission period, usually between five and ten, and often require that the right to cancel be included in the contract.  This right is non-waivable, which means that the seller cannot ask or require you to give up this right.

The attorneys at TOLG  represent only owners of vacation timeshares who have been victimized, lied to, or cheated by timeshare companies.   Call us at 813-344-5251.
